These pictures don't do it justice.  This a Chihuly glass piece.  Each curly cue detaches from the base and has to be dusted and cleaned by hand.  Each. one.  Amazing!

If you haven't seen any of Dale Chihuly's work, you must go.  You must.  They also have an ultra-cool gift shop in which I found a glass piece to rival the awesome glass E. coli in the Fusion exhibit that I was enamoured by.  I will now showcase this glass virus in my home with different types of DNA.  See full plan's for my showcase on the MFL site. Can't wait!
