I thought DOS was over!
A shout out to my friend Annette for being so great and supportive with my latest venture.
Were you aware that DOS programs were still being used in certain business establishments? Were you also aware that this is a secret form of medevil torture? Its bad. I mean, it's really bad. It's forcing me back to the 1980's on a daily basis.
On another note, I've decided I'm gettin' me some of those sparkly boots like Beyonce is wearing at the Grammys tonight. They are so ME! Well, maybe not, but let me tell you, that is some bling!
I'm sure most of you know that another blizzard has hit the midwest. Our clinic remained open, of course, throughout the time in question. At least this time we had power and didn't have to freeze for a week staring at each other with no patients. Even though the roads were treacherous we had clients come in for the following: to get their dog's anal glands expressed, "emergency vaccinations (as if there is such a thing)," and to pick up ear cleaning solution. That's it. That's all. They risked their lives and the lives of others who had a legimate reason for being on the road....all for ear cleaning solution. This I will never understand. I mean you can't just go driving around all willy nilly and such.....
Oh -- Zac Brown Band just won a grammy for "Chicken Fried." That's Kyle's song (because I told him it was). I knew it would win all along. Did I mention that I just love that song because it reminds me of him?? Well, I do.
I'm off to go dance to the Black Eyed Peas and burn some calories. It's not a pretty sight.
