Looking Forward to Fall.....

As the air dons the slightest hint of cooling down I can't help but remember the reasons why autumn is by far my favorite season.

• Beautiful bronzed colors that fall in an array of patterns with the crisp fall breeze
• Frost on the pumpkin
• Chrysanthmums blooming in yellows, oranges, and reds
• Sweatshirts on chilly evenings
• Firepits and bonfires
• Football- college and throwing a ball around with the family and my dogs
• Apple pie and apple cider
• Porch sitting on weekend mornings wrapped up in a blanket with hot coffee, good conversation, and the Tulsa World circulars
• The slow cessation of summer lawn mowing
• Oktoberfest
• Golden red sunsets
• Fun fall drives through the paintbrush colors of the hills to the pumkin patch
• Decorating with pumkins, hay bales, and corn shucks
• Hot chocolate
• The excitement of beginning preparations for the upcoming holidays
• The biggest Homecoming in the Nation (Go Pokes!)

I absolutely cannot wait......
